About the Role As a customer onboarding specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for welcoming our clients post-sale and curating an exceptional onboarding experience. Your goal will be to optimize client retention, maximize adoption of our services, and deliver delight to our clients. Your Priorities Providing tailored services for paid implementation clients, including consulting, building, and graphic design Providing clients with creative direction and solutions to problems via tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing Working closely with clients to curate their onboarding journey and ensure that apps pass internal review within six weeks or less from signup Reviewing client apps for quality assurance Collaborating with your team on new projects and ideas to better the client experience Troubleshooting complex issues and providing timely resolutions You Are... Technical: You enjoy learning about new technology and understanding how things work, with the ability to build a blithequark app that will pass review in under one hour and translate a client's previous website into a SnapPages site within 3 hours.
