If you're a problem solver, a creative thinker, and a passionate advocate for delivering exceptional client experiences, we want to hear from you! **About the Role** As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in welcoming new clients to our platform and curating their onboarding experience to optimize client retention, maximum adoption of services, and delivering delight. You'll excel in teaching clients how to use our tools, understanding our diverse services, and ushering them through the process to realize their value.
