About the Role The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls, providing assistance and information in a professional and courteous manner, utilizing bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Respond to inquiries about products, services, billing, and account issues, resolving problems and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner. Ensure that a ticket is created for every customer interaction using our ticketing system, logging detailed notes and customer information to maintain accurate records. Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher support levels as necessary and collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Maintain and update customer records in the system after each interaction, adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards for call handling and ticket creation. Follow up with customers to provide status updates and confirm issue resolution, meeting performance metrics such as call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques, continuously improving skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages, enabling effective communication with diverse customer groups. Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and databases, including our ticketing system and customer relationship management tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and patience, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in handling inbound customer calls, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. Familiarity with service ticket creation and tracking, with experience using ticketing systems and customer relationship management tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple customer interactions, and maintain accurate records. Ability to meet performance targets and work effectively under pressure, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and first call resolution. Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset, collaborating with other team members and departments to deliver seamless customer service experiences. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: A seasonal agreement for peak season, with a monthly gross salary of $15,000 MXN. A productivity bonus of $3,000 MXN per month, and a seasonal bonus of $3,000 MXN per month. Law benefits, including health insurance, and other benefits, from day one. Home office setup, with full equipment provided, and a schedule window of 8 am - 8 pm. A 10-hour shift, with 1 hour lunch, and 2 breaks of 15 minutes each, and two days off per week. 100% paid training, and opportunities for career advancement, and professional growth.
