Over the years, our portfolio has expanded to cater specifically to the needs of solopreneurs and small businesses, offering a GDPR-compliant website builder with AI, online shops, legal text generators, social media integration, SEO, and more. **Your Mission** As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in our mission to support solopreneurs and small businesses in achieving their goals. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, empowering them to succeed by providing exceptional support, guidance, and solutions that enable them to start, manage, and scale their businesses with confidence. Your work will directly impact their success and ensure they feel supported every step of the way. **What to Expect at blithequark** * Provide exceptional customer support by responding to customer inquiries through various channels (including email, chat, phone, and video calls) * Offer personalized recommendations for improving our customers' websites and proactively support them in starting, running, and growing their businesses * Resolve customer complaints and issues with effective solutions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Content & Learning, Product & Engineering) to improve the customer experience and provide feedback for product and process optimization * Stay up-to-date with our products and services and continuously acquire knowledge of new features * Support the development and improvement of processes and guidelines for the customer experience to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction * Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide recommendations * Represent blithequark and our mission to customers who interact with us * Work 5 days a week with possible flexibility in terms of working days, including occasional Saturdays (about once a month) **What We're Looking For** * Fluent German and English language skills (additional European languages are a plus) * Good knowledge of German culture * A customer-centric "Let's do this" mindset: proactive, motivated, flexible, and open to change * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics simply, clearly, and helpfully * Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, demonstrate empathy, and address diverse needs * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills * A strong interest in technology and internet-based topics * Passion and motivation to learn, improve, and try new things * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines without losing sight of details * Willingness to collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and support colleagues when needed * Openness to working in an international environment that values diversity and inclusion **What We Offer** * **Inspiring Mission**: We're driven by a critical mission to support solopreneurs and small businesses in achieving success and contributing to the sustainability and vitality of the communities they serve. * **Flexibility and Trust**: Our work environment is built on flexibility and trust.
