Job Overview The Customer Care Advisor role is a critical component of our sales process, responsible for initiating sales conversations, building and managing prospect lists, and generating qualified leads that will be passed on to our sales team for follow-up. As a Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, representing us as a subject matter expert and providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with your ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills, will enable you to build trust with our customers and ensure that their needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion. Key Responsibilities Represent blithequark as a subject matter expert during a series of calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service and support Offer additional blithequark products to customers that may benefit from our other services, driving sales growth and revenue expansion Update blithequark systems to ensure that each interaction with a customer is well-documented and easily accessible Handle issues with diplomacy, ensuring that every customer is happy with their experience with blithequark and escalating issues to management when necessary Complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by your manager, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Essential Qualifications 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, with a proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic Previous solar customer service or sales experience highly desired, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Demonstrated ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales and service Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of AI-powered applications and developer tools, with a strong understanding of how technology can be leveraged to drive business growth and efficiency Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with a strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
