Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries Providing excellent customer service through active listening Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive Appropriately communicating with customers Qualifications We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
