Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support in both Portuguese and English, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues. Address a wide range of customer inquiries, from product information and order issues to billing and technical concerns, utilizing blithequark's internal systems and tools to assist customers efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams or departments when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark products, services, and policies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction and experience. Essential Skills and Qualifications Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a remote setting, with strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple customer chats simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm and patient when handling complex or difficult customer inquiries. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment, with experience with chat support software or customer service platforms being a plus. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in an online or remote environment, with experience working with or for large corporations being a plus.
