As a key member of our team, you'll be handling customer inquiries and helping policyholders with their policy needs. You'll be delighting customers over the phone or via chat, collaborating with other Reps and Specialists, and assisting with ad-hoc projects & duties. **About the Role** As a licensed Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling calls and chats with customers to resolve their queries and concerns * Processing policy endorsements, billing requests, tracking, and following up on outstanding items * Communicating with team members and escalating items and issues when necessary * Collaborating with other Reps and Specialists to achieve team goals and objectives * Assisting with ad-hoc projects and duties as required **Training and Support** We provide comprehensive training and ongoing collaborative support to ensure your success in this role.
