Your excellent communication skills, strong customer service background, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Job Highlights:** * **Remote Position:** This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. * **Contract:** Independent Contractor * **Schedule:** 20 hours/week - Potential for increased hours after 3 month period * **Aligned with North American business hours** * **Client Time zone:** Vancouver (PST) **Responsibilities:** * **Handle voice-based customer support in both English and Spanish:** Provide exceptional customer support to our clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. * **Manage administrative tasks and executive support duties:** Perform general administrative functions, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing summaries. * **Process customer inquiries and provide resolution:** Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction. * **Reach out to customers to schedule meetings and collect necessary information:** Contact customers to schedule meetings with the project manager and collect necessary information to start the project. * **Log customer interactions in the CRM system and capture new leads:** Log customer interactions in the CRM system and capture new leads to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up. * **Contact leads to schedule meetings to discuss their projects:** Reach out to leads to schedule meetings to discuss their projects, providing valuable insights and support. * **Create actionable tasks based on Word documents:** Create actionable tasks based on Word documents, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. * **Follow up on tasks to ensure progress and identify any blockers:** Follow up on tasks to ensure progress and identify any blockers, providing solutions and support as needed. * **Prepare and share summaries:** Prepare and share summaries, including current project status, next steps, challenges, and areas that need support to move forward. **Requirements:** * **Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written):** You must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * **Strong customer service background:** You must have a strong customer service background, with experience in providing exceptional customer support. * **Administrative experience:** You must have administrative experience, with skills in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing summaries. * **Professional phone manner:** You must have a professional phone manner, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. * **Excellent organizational skills:** You must have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * **Strong multitasking abilities:** You must have strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * **Experience with Microsoft 365, Google calendar, and WhatsApp:** You must have experience with Microsoft 365, Google calendar, and WhatsApp, with the ability to use these tools effectively. * **Experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus but not required:** Experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus, but not required. **Benefits:** * **Independent Contractor Perks:** As an independent contractor, you will enjoy the following perks: + Permanent work from home + Immediate hiring + Steady freelance job * **Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
