Job Overview As a Customer Service 401(k) Specialist at blithequark, you will be an essential part of our Customer Service and inbound Contact Center team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide best-in-class service to our clients, answering their questions and concerns regarding 401(k) plans and administration. You will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial in building trust and loyalty with our clients.
