Ensure excellent clinical performance by providing education and training to a multi-disciplinary team on best practices while fulfilling the BJC mission. Hybrid work - Glen Carbon office, remote and supervisory visits in the field. Great M-F position with admin only on-call rotation! Train in Missouri while obtaining your Illinois license or train in Illinois while obtaining your Missouri license. Home Health Registered Nurse experience highly preferred. Overview BJC Home Care offers patients and their families a complete range of home care services, including skilled nursing services, adult and pediatric hospice and supportive care, rehabilitation therapy, home infusion therapy, infusion treatment rooms, home medical equipment and high-tech respiratory care. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Monitors and coordinates nursing and clinical services. Ensures services meet Medicare/Medicaid, TJC and department requirements. Responsibilities * Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. May participate in the development of departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets and having direct responsibility for adhering to those goals. This includes responding to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Manages and directs daily client care and staff activities. Performs on-site supervisory visits and serves as clinical resource to home care staff. Manages the hiring and performance management of staff. Coordinates services with other health care providers.
