Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely support to ensure their issues are resolved efficiently Assisting customers with questions related to shipping rates, return policies, product availability, and more, demonstrating your knowledge and expertise Maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions, embodying the blithequark spirit of warmth and approachability Logging in to the chat platform at the beginning of your shift and managing incoming chat requests until the end of your session, ensuring seamless coverage and support Contract Length and Rate: Your Path to Success This position does not have a fixed term, allowing for long-term engagement based on your performance and our company needs.
