Appointment Setter (Work From Home – PT/FT, Day & Night Shifts)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales or service team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a goal-driven attitude. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls, send emails, or use messaging platforms to reach potential customers. • Present company products or services to generate interest. • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria. • Schedule appointments for the sales or operations team. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and gather additional information. • Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs. • Collaborate with team members to improve call scripts and lead generation strategies. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (college background a plus). • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Comfortable making cold or warm calls. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
