Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Providing personalized support and guidance to customers, addressing their needs and concerns * Developing skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **What to Expect** As a new CRA, you will embark on a journey of growth and development, with three major milestones to achieve: 1. **Licensing Preparation**: In the first months, you will prepare to become a licensed professional by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by blithequark.
