As a Director of Customer Success, you will be part of a talented team that is shaping the future of healthcare technology. **A Day in the Life** As a Director of Customer Success at blithequark, your days will be filled with a mix of strategic planning, customer engagement, and problem-solving. Here are some of the key responsibilities you can expect: * Travel to and coordinate onsite visits with client stakeholders at hospitals, clinics, and beyond to understand their needs and challenges * Own, nurture, and expand existing client relationships across client organizations to drive growth and adoption * Develop and execute customized success plans to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of our solutions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, product, and sales, to resolve client issues and escalations * Own renewals, upsell, and support expansion opportunities for all assigned clients to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty * Conduct scheduled Executive Business Reviews (EBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to ensure clients are satisfied with our solutions and services * Support the Implementation team during client onboarding to ensure seamless transitions and successful deployments * Be a key contributor to the early stages of our innovative health tech startup, contributing wherever needed to drive growth and success **What You Need** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 7-10+ years of experience working in healthtech managing executive relationships with healthcare organizations * Highly proficient written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers * Analytical skills to solve complex issues and identify opportunities for growth and improvement * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to identify problems and formulate solutions that meet client needs * Ability to take on multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing team environment * Passion for implementing technology to improve healthcare, and ability to quickly learn and use new software and tools * Proven adaptability in a high-volume position, with the ability to meet deadlines and metrics **What We Offer** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports their well-being and success.
