Key Responsibilities Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities might include: Interacting with customers via live chat, email, or phone to resolve queries and provide support. Building expert knowledge of our products, systems, and processes to deliver accurate and helpful information to customers. Working to meet individual targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, including policy updates, claims handling, and retention efforts.
