Your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering a seamless onboarding experience to our new customers, ensuring they are up and running with our platform in no time * Providing thought leadership and support for the best customer experience, helping our customers get the most out of our platform * Accelerating adoption and expansion of our platform within our install base, identifying opportunities for growth and development * Providing customer support at times outside of normal business hours, ensuring our customers receive the support they need, whenever they need it * Learning our customers' business and challenges, developing best-of-breed solutions to address them, and creating added value for the customer as a trusted advisor **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing support role, such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer, Professional Services, or a similar position * Proven experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux – these are must-haves for this role * Proven experience working with one or more Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as AWS, Azure, or GCP – these are must-haves for this role * Past experience that combines sales orientation and technical skillset – we're looking for someone who can balance business acumen with technical expertise * Exceptional communication skills – you'll be working closely with customers, so strong communication is essential **Advantage:** While the above requirements are must-haves, we're also looking for individuals with the following advantages: * Knowledge in CI/CD, IaC, and Config-Management tools – if you have experience with these, you'll be well-positioned to succeed in this role * Experience working in the Cyber Security or DevOps domains – we're looking for individuals with a strong background in these areas * Security knowledge domains: Identity Management (IDM), Identity Providers (i.e Okta, Ping), Certificate Management (CMS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Encryption Key Management System (KMS), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and Zero-Trust Access (ZTA) – if you have experience in these areas, you'll be well-positioned to succeed in this role * Experience in Scripting/programming – we're looking for individuals with strong technical skills **What We Offer:** As a Customer Success Engineer at blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * Base salary: $140K-$160K * Commission * Company Stock Options * Benefits The compensation package depends on experience, so we encourage you to apply and discuss your qualifications with us. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers achieve a successful implementation and use of our platform.
