Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions. • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution. • Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information and interaction details. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service. • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct. • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level preferred). • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer concerns. • Basic computer literacy and comfort with various software applications. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. • High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, volunteer work). • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. • Ability to speak an additional European language is a plus.
