**Customer Experience Representative – Blithequark Store**

As a Customer Experience Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely support via inbound and outbound phone calls, case management, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing top-notch phone, email, and chat support for customer-facing web and client-server applications * Adhering to established quality standards to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction * Collaborating with development, quality assurance, business units, and sales groups to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently * Monitoring the ticket queue for open service requests and making required callbacks to assigned customer tickets * Documenting and resolving cases in our ticketing system, ensuring seamless customer experiences * Escalating cases as necessary for further assistance from our Development team * Following up with customers to provide resolution to their situations and ensuring their needs are met **What We're Looking For** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least one year of customer support experience, preferably in a call center environment * Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders * Ability to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment within established policies and guidelines * Previous experience supporting Windows operating systems is required, while experience supporting Mac operating systems and mobile platforms like iOS and Chrome OS is a plus * Strong PC and key entry experience, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a remote setting with minimal distractions * A designated work area with limited noise and distractions is a must **Why Join Blithequark?** At Blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
