Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant who will focus on content creation, social media engagement, and strategic research across LinkedIn and Twitter (X). The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of AI-driven content generation, social media best practices, and B2B personal branding. You’ll work closely with the client to transform ideas, voice memos, and insights into engaging social media content that drives visibility, engagement, and thought leadership. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: 1. Daily Content Creation (60% of the role) • Transform voice memo transcripts into compelling Medium, LinkedIn, and Twitter post drafts using custom Large Language Models (LLMs) and provided templates. • Produce 3–4 high-quality posts per week per platform, ensuring they align with the client’s brand voice and messaging. • Draft 20 daily engagement comments on posts from the target audience (e.g., executives at VC-backed companies, Directors at enterprise firms). • Research and identify 50 InMail message opportunities per month for outreach and engagement. • Format posts according to LinkedIn best practices, using effective hooks, bullet points, calls-to-action (CTAs), and relevant hashtags. 2. Content Management • Upload approved drafts into a shared content calendar app for review and scheduling. • Track post performance metrics such as likes, comments, and reposts to evaluate engagement. • Maintain an organized content archive categorized under key topics (e.g., GTM Strategy, Constraint Removal, Market Dominance, Strategic Takes). • Repurpose approved LinkedIn posts into Twitter threads while maintaining tone and clarity. 3. Research & Strategy Support • Monitor target audience feeds to identify trending and high-performing posts. • Find opportunities for engagement within consultant, startup, and enterprise communities. • Track competitor content performance and engagement strategies for insights. • Suggest new content themes or ideas based on trending business topics and market conversations. Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: • Excellent command of English writing, with strong storytelling and copywriting abilities. • Proven experience with LinkedIn personal branding and B2B content creation. (Please include your portfolio or content samples.) • Deep understanding of social media marketing—particularly for startups, consulting, or enterprise audiences. • Ability to maintain a consistent tone and voice across all content. • Proficiency with content management tools and engagement tracking systems. • Comfortable using AI tools (Custom LLMs, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate and refine content. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work Schedule • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday • Daily Working Time: TBD PST Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
