The Role — Fractional Chief Communications / Content Officer As a Fractional CCO, you’ll partner with CEOs, CMOs, CHROs, and Boards to architect and activate communications that build clarity, confidence, and credibility from the inside out. You’ll help define and amplify an organization’s voice — from executive narrative to reputation strategy — while leading with precision, empathy, and authority. You will: • Architect communication systems that align leadership, culture, and brand. • Guide reputation and crisis management with calm confidence. • Lead storytelling that inspires teams and markets alike. • Build thought-leadership platforms that elevate executives and organizations. • Deploy Voice by Design frameworks that scale across clients and sectors. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking senior communications and content executives who have been in the seat — trusted leaders who know how to build trust through strategy, storytelling, and execution. You bring: • 15–25 years of experience leading communications, PR, brand, or editorial strategy. • Mastery in shaping corporate voice, managing reputation, and influencing culture. • Experience translating complex business strategy into clear, actionable story. • Emotional intelligence, creative acumen, and boardroom presence. • Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and readiness to lead alongside peers of equal caliber. You may have served as a Chief Communications Officer, Head of Brand, Corporate Affairs, or Media Executive, leading transformation from the inside — not advising from the outside.
