We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with a strong background in Materials Management (MM/S2P) and Master Data Management (MDM/Master Data Governance) to join our implementation and support team. The successful candidate will contribute to analysis, design, configuration, rollout, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring seamless integration with surrounding modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and Warehouse Management (EWM). This role requires 3-5 years of SAP consulting experience in implementation and rollout projects, including hands-on system configuration, user support, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Implementation & Configuration • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM and MDM functional specifications. • Configure SAP S/4HANA Materials Management processes (procurement, inventory management, material valuation, invoice verification). • Set up and optimize Material Master Data governance processes, including data standards, workflows, and validation rules. • Support integration with surrounding modules (SD, PP, EWM, QM, FI). • Rollout & Deployment • Participate in SAP S/4HANA rollout projects including template localization, country rollouts, and data migration. • Conduct fit-gap analyses and create configuration design documents. • Ensure all changes are properly documented and aligned with the global SAP template. • Master Data Management • Define and implement material master data governance processes. • Work with data migration tools (SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, Data Services) for loading and validating master data. • Support data cleansing and harmonization activities prior to cutover. • Testing & Training • Prepare and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and end-user training workshops. • Support & Continuous Improvement • Provide post-go-live application support and troubleshooting. • Proactively identify process optimization opportunities and system enhancements. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field. • Experience: • 3-5 years of SAP consulting experience with a primary focus on S/4HANA Materials Management and Master Data Management. • Hands-on experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation/rollout projects. • Solid understanding of surrounding modules (SD, PP, EWM, QM, FI) and their integration with MM. • Experience with data migration tools and methodologies. • Skills: • Strong configuration skills in MM and MDM. • Good knowledge of S/4HANA data model changes for material master. • Basic ABAP debugging skills for issue analysis (advantageous). • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Languages: Proficient in English; additional languages a plus. Preferred / Nice-to-Have • Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). • Exposure to public cloud vs private cloud differences in S/4HANA. • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for MM and master data processes.
