Civil Litigation Paralegal
Job Description: • Serve as a main point of contact for clients, experts, and professionals • Track deadlines and manage case timelines using digital tools • Draft pleadings, motions, legal forms, reports, letters, and indexes • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and managing caseloads • Conduct legal research and summarize findings • Maintain accurate digital records using Clio and other legal tech platforms Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of law firm experience • At least 2 years in civil litigation • Strong working knowledge of Florida courts and e-filing • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, and Clio • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Benefits: • Health benefits • 401(k) • Performance-based raises • Bonus opportunities
