Salary: 60-65K Title: Amazon Ads Manager Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Type: Full-time Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (EST hours preferred) Reports To: Marketplace Manager Pay Range: 60-65K About the Role Docs Diesel is seeking an Amazon Ads Manager to lead our advertising strategy and performance across Amazon. In this role, youll take ownership of all paid media efforts on Amazon driving visibility, sales, and profitability for our auto parts product listings. Youll manage high-revenue DTC campaigns, optimize ad spend efficiency, and translate data into strategies that deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes Amazon PPC, knows how to scale campaigns responsibly, and can connect performance data to bigger brand goals. Responsibilities: Amazon Ads Expertise • Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. • Oversee large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on improving ACOS and TACOS. • Leverage advanced Amazon tools (Ads Console, AMC, Brand Analytics) to analyze performance and inform decision-making. Strategic Campaign Management • Develop and execute ad strategies aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand. • Identify growth opportunities across product categories and new ad placements. • Implement long-term strategies that balance spend efficiency with sales acceleration. Data & Insights • Analyze campaign data and trends to identify whats driving performance and what needs optimization. • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for the team and leadership. • Use data tools to forecast, plan, and guide advertising investment decisions. Collaboration • Work closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to align ads with brand creative, messaging and promotional goals. • Partner with the Marketplace Manager to coordinate advertising with inventory and pricing strategies. • Contribute to new product launch planning and ensure ads are ready for go-live. Reporting & Optimization • Build dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate). • Track marketplace trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of changes. • Continuously test, refine, and improve campaigns based on performance data. Qualifications: • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns. • Proven success managing six-figure monthly ad budgets with measurable results. • Deep understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large data sets. • Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console, AMC, Brand Analytics, and tools like Helium10, Data Dive, or Pacvue. • Exceptional organization, accuracy, and communication skills in a remote work environment.
