Admissions Application Reader
About the position Responsibilities • Review, analyze, assess, and process admissions applications according to University guidelines, policies, and procedures. • Conduct comprehensive application reviews and selections for assigned programs. • Participate in training sessions and the final decision process for the selection of Pre-Business admits. • Collaborate with the Undergraduate Business Admissions team for process improvements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • At least 1 year of professional experience in college admissions and recruitment, student services, or corporate recruitment, with application review as a primary responsibility. • Ability to monitor timelines and initiate tasks to meet deadlines. • High level of accuracy and consistency in evaluations. • Discretion in handling confidential personal data. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in using online collaboration tools and evaluating applications via multiple online platforms. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
