Virtual Assistant for Mighty Networks & Go High Level Backend Management
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us manage the backend operations of our Mighty Networks and Go High Level platforms. This role is not focused on funnel or landing page design (though that could come later), but rather on the daily administrative and client management tasks that keep our business running smoothly. You’ll play an essential role in maintaining client accounts, uploading and organizing content, setting up automations, and ensuring our systems are always up to date. If you’re someone who thrives on structure, enjoys learning new platforms, and can take ownership of recurring tech and admin tasks — this is for you. Responsibilities: Manage client accounts in Go High Level (GHL): Add new clients and remove expired accounts. Set up automated email campaigns for client onboarding, engagement, and renewal reminders. Monitor membership timelines and update client data as needed. Manage backend of Mighty Networks: Upload new course videos and training materials. Grant and revoke access to specific members based on their status. Ensure community and course spaces are organized and up to date. General admin and tech support: Maintain accurate records of member activity and program timelines. Troubleshoot small issues or coordinate with our tech team if something breaks. Create and update SOPs (standard operating procedures) for repetitive tasks.
