Virtual Assistant - Digital Marketing
About the Role: We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys marketing, and has a strong eye for design and detail. Responsibilities: Create and schedule social media posts using Canva across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns Conduct SEO research and implement on-page/off-page optimization strategies Support sales and marketing efforts — lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updates Assist with content planning and reporting analytics for growth campaigns Handle other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing Assistant Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable internet connection and availability for 40 hours per week Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.) Basic understanding of branding and content strategy Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer (based on experience) To Apply: Please send your resume, portfolio (if available), and a short note about why you’re the perfect fit for this role.
