Vehicle Repair Claims Adjuster (Remote or Hybrid)
About the position Responsibilities • Maintain the time of answered incoming claim calls to 60 seconds or less • Effectively adjudicate 20-30 claims per day • Maintain an average of 40+ calls per day • Promptly respond to all claim telephone inquiries in a professional manner • Handle extraordinary claim, customer, or client issues to a successful conclusion • Maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally • Work closely with the Claims Lead to resolve customer and/or client claims issues • Complete special projects or other duties as assigned Requirements • High school diploma required; 3-5 years of previous work experience in the Automotive Industry preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment • Proficient with computers and applications, including MS Word and Excel • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Benefits • Comprehensive benefits starting from Day One • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25 • Flexible work options (Remote or Hybrid)
