Come join us!Technical DevelopmentDevelop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React NativeBuild and deploy applications on both iOS and Android platformsImplement scalable mobile solutions that integrate seamlessly with backend servicesContribute to technical decisions regarding mobile platform strategies, frameworks, and toolsFollow established coding standards, best practices, and development workflowsParticipate in code reviews and maintain quality standards across mobile developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineersActive participation in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectivesContinuously learn and adopt new mobile development practices and technologiesDemonstrated experience using AI responsibly to accelerate their development workflow, improve code quality, and solve complex problems more efficientlyProject ImplementationContribute to end-to-end mobile application development lifecycle from conception to deploymentDeliver mobile features and applications that meet business requirements on scheduleWork with QA engineers to implement comprehensive testing strategiesSupport app store submissions and releases for both iOS and Android platformsMonitor application performance and implement optimization strategiesTechnical ExecutionDevelop React Native applications with smooth user experiencesIntegrate mobile applications with Node.js/TypeScript backend services and APIsImplement cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform servicesEnsure proper state management using Redux, Context API, or similar solutionsOptimize mobile applications for performance, security, and scalabilityDiagnose and resolve mobile-specific issues, such as crashes and performance bottlenecksPreferred QualificationsEducation & Experience:4-7 years of experience in mobile app development rolesBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experienceTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in React Native for building cross-platform mobile applicationsSolid experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practicesExperience with Node.js, including API development and integration using REST and GraphQLHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Firebase, Cloud Functions, and Cloud StorageProficient with mobile development tools and workflows, including Xcode, Android Studio, and ExpoSkilled in diagnosing and resolving mobile-specific issuesKnowledge of mobile app deployment processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play StorePractical AI experience - Comfortable using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for prototyping, debugging, and problem-solvingAbility to evaluate AI-generated suggestions, ensure code meets our quality standards, and be able to explain, modify, and support any AI-assisted work as if you wrote it from scratch. This approach allows our engineers to focus on what humans do best: architecting elegant systems, making thoughtful design decisions, and building technology that truly serves our users' needsPreferred ExperienceExperience with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) developmentKnowledge of additional GCP services (Cloud Run, AppEngine, BigQuery)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with mobile app analytics and performance monitoring toolsBackground in mobile security best practices and implementationOther RequirementsInfrequent travel (10%)Ability to occasionally work overtime or after hoursProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerPay Range$120,000- $145,000 per yearCompensation & BenefitsThe compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.
