Sr. Manager, Learning & Development, Consulting and Solutions
About the position Responsibilities • Execute bringing learning, aligned to the national strategy, to life for the most teammates across the groups you support. • Leverage partners in the business and use best practices to create ways for teams to engage in learning for professional and leadership skills. • Conduct regular consulting sessions on individual and team development and learning needs. • Proactively recommend learning solutions and understand how to expand learning participation. • Scope learning needs for the teams you support. • Identify opportunities to evolve or utilize collective skill focus content. • Regularly present at Divisional and Regional team meetings on collective learning plans. • Create and/or partner with divisional communication teams on communication resources/templates. • Partner with Corporate Communications team to develop a cadence of communication to promote ULearn offerings. • Gather feedback on learning experiences and provide insights to business leaders and HR partners. • Collaborate with peer Product owners and Learning Engagement teams to produce effective learning solutions. • Support peers with engagement efforts for West, Central, and Corporate & Headquarters teams. • Implement learning strategies through a digital-first approach. • Enhance learning products and strategies through data-driven insights. • Partner with in-house resources and outside consultants to produce innovative learning solutions. • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. • Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
