Overview We have an exciting opportunity for Sr. Recruiter to specialize in identfying talent for our Gallagher Basssett Services Teams! You would be recruiting for the following types of roles: Nurse Case Management, Account Managers, Sr. Leadership and Finance roles. You may also support with claims recruiting. Please note additional position details below: - This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months. There may be an opportunity to convert to a Gallagher employee. - This is a fully remote position, where the expected business hours would be 8am - 5pm, Central Time. - Our ideal candidate would be an expert sourcer who can hunt for candidates and manage the full lifecycle of the requisition. How you'll make an impact • Responsible for owning and managing a full life-cycle requisition workload, building a network of active and passive candidates, mastering use of recruitment tools and technologies, and conducting in-depth interviews and skills assessments. • Sources and recruits candidates by using social media, networks and employee referrals. • Provides appropriate tracking and analysis of sourcing methods, as well as regular reporting of activity and results to management. • Partners closely with Human Resources Business Partners and trains hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and processes. • Screens and analyzes candidate resumes and job applications. • Updates job descriptions and job specifications. • Prepares and extends offers. • Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports. • Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices. • Works with a large degree of autonomy under the instruction of more senior staff. About You Required: • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience. • Familiar with pertinent employment laws and related compliance issues. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Preferred: • Experience working with iCMS ATS highly desirable. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
