As the Senior Marketer, Customer Advocacy, you will own and evolve the recruitment and engagement strategies for HubSpot’s upmarket advocacy program, Lighthouse. You’ll design how we attract, onboard, and energize members, ensuring they gain meaningful value while amplifying HubSpot’s customer proof to fuel launches, campaigns, and flagship moments like Spotlight and INBOUND.This is a unique opportunity for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Pay & Benefits The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
