What you will do... • Utilize the most effective channels for internal communications to increase employee awareness aligning the voice and tone with our ideal culture • Manage the internal communication platform, ensuring a well-balanced mix of culture, industry, and company-related topics • Create cohesive messaging across various communication channels, fostering a unified internal voice • Business objectives, progress updates, and strategies are effectively translated into compelling messages when relevant • Utilize the most effective channels for internal communications to help deliver consistent messaging about organizational and program updates across all verticals • Developing and maintaining an internal communications calendar to ensure we're meeting deadlines and engaging effectively with staff • Support the execution of all items on our internal communications calendar across all channels, including newsletters, email updates etc. • As needed, assist in the planning of town halls to help align messaging across all teams • Aid in the development and support ongoing maintenance of platform studio to ensure information is current and accurate • Support editing and distributing content • Work to proactively seek and compile cross departmental content and distribute this content internally in a timely manner • Enhance company's storytelling capabilities, showcasing stories that matter and make a difference by sourcing and writing content from internal business partners for our core channels • Performs other duties as assigned Who we are looking for... • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, English, Public Relations or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3+ years of internal marketing communications experience • Entrepreneurial mindset, driven and self-reliant • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills • Excellent organization, project coordination and initiative • Nice to have, knowledge of AP Style • Exceptional proofreading skills • Experience with writing and editing, including tailoring content to different audiences' needs and level of understanding • Strong Microsoft Excel/analytical skills • Ability to perform under tight deadlines and shifting priorities and can successfully navigate a fast-paced organization • Superior project and time management skills • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in marketing, internal communications, digital and social media • Presentation and communication skills, including with the use of visual or digital aids • Ability to assist with social media channel (LinkedIn primarily) to deliver content • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail • Ability to understand overall business communication needs and objectives, and apply them to a cohesive strategy • Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills • Outstanding interpersonal skills What you’ll get… • Remote Work Environment • Weekly Paychecks • Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Plans • Flexible Spending Accounts • Short and Long Term Disability • Supplemental Life and AD&D • 401(k) Retirement Savings w/ Company Match • Stock Purchase Plan • Company Discounts • Legal Insurance • Paid Time Off and Holidays Who we are...
