About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee our rapidly expanding customer base across various industries and segments, from growth to enterprise-level clients. Act as a trusted procurement advisor, providing ongoing education and enablement on blithequark's platform and best practices in procurement. Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders across procurement, finance, legal, IT/security, and privacy/compliance teams. Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on adoption and loyalty. Monitor customer health using data-driven adoption metrics and develop strategies to improve outcomes. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into innovative solutions, managing customer expectations and feedback. Empower customers to become product specialists, increasing their self-sufficiency and ability to maximize the value of our platform. Work closely with sales teams to manage renewals and achieve target net retention rates. Continuously improve customer success assets and processes, contributing to the growth and development of our team. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting, with a focus on B2B SaaS and high-paced environments. Procurement experience or familiarity with procurement technologies, including ERP (Netsuite, Coupa, etc.), HRIS (Workday, etc.), CLM, GRC, JIRA, and ServiceNow workflow management tools. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish quick rapport and trust with customers. Strong project management skills to manage a dynamic customer portfolio and prioritize tasks effectively. Creative problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a business process-oriented mindset. Proactive team player with a willingness to identify process gaps and contribute to the growth and development of our team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SaaS workflow management tools, including low-code or no-code configuration. Background in procurement, legal, financial, or IT systems, with fluency or exposure to relevant technologies. Experience working in a top-tier consulting firm or holding an MBA, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
