Ensure timely delivery of high-quality development efforts; monitor and adjust plans to meet objectivesOversee and guide development efforts leveraging C#.NET, SQL Server, Angular, and future development in Python, Rust, Ruby on Rails, Java, or Go to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standardsCollaborate effectively with data science and machine learning engineering teams to integrate models and analytics into production systemsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand operations and prioritize technology solutionsChampion business process automation and continuous improvementFoster strategic relationships with senior stakeholdersApply retrospective insights to improve team performance and delivery velocityBuild self-sufficient Agile teams and support individual development through targeted growth plansPerform code reviews from team to determine employee productivityWhat You’ll Bring:3+ years of combined technical leadership and engineering management experience of high-performing teams8+ years of production application development, backend services experience, and developing API’s/micro-services at scaleProficiency with C#.NET, SQL Server, and Angular, including the ability to evaluate technical solutions and mentor team members in these technologiesProficiency in one or more backend languages: Python, Rust, Ruby on Rails, Java, or Go.Experience working alongside data science or machine learning engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including deployment and scalability best practicesProven project management skills within Agile and Scrum environmentsExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication abilitiesAbility to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholdersStrong facilitation, time management, and prioritization skillsAdaptability in fast-paced and evolving environmentsBachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related fieldSuccess MilestonesWithin 3 MonthsGain a solid understanding of the role and build collaborative relationshipsEstablish effective time and priority managementBegin applying feedback to improve performance and confidenceWithin 1 YearDemonstrate mastery of role responsibilities with consistent executionBuild a strong internal network and become a trusted collaboratorTake on increased responsibilities and identify growth opportunitiesWhat We Offer:Work from anywhere in the US! We are hiring for different levels, and our Recruiting team will let you know if you qualify for a different role/range.
