Salesforce Administrator (MedSleuth)

Remote Full-time
Posting Date 08/21/2025 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America Salesforce Administrator As the Salesforce Administrator at MedSleuth, you will be a strategic owner of our Salesforce platform. This role goes far beyond routine maintenance. You will be the backbone of our Salesforce instance, responsible for its configuration, security, and strategic direction. You will act as a critical partner to both business and technology teams, ensuring the platform is not only stable and secure but also evolving to meet future needs. We are looking for a proactive and independent leader who owns the entire administrative and release lifecycle. What You'll Do • Own the Release Lifecycle: Independently manage and execute all deployments using a deep knowledge of deployment tools, including Change Sets and SFDX/CLI. You will own the entire process from packaging to release, without reliance on the development team, and manage our code repositories (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps). • Act as a Strategic Advisor: Go beyond daily tasks to provide strategic guidance on system architecture, data structures, and the implementation of new features. Your insights will ensure the long-term health and scalability of our org. • Champion Platform Security: Take full ownership of the security model. You will design and maintain profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and overall data access, ensuring a secure and compliant environment. • Lead Salesforce Release Readiness: Proactively track Salesforce's seasonal releases, analyze the impact of upcoming changes on our configuration, and prepare the team and the platform for updates, ensuring we leverage new capabilities effectively. • Build Engaging Experiences: Design, build, and maintain our customer-facing portals and internal sites using Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud. • Drive Platform Excellence: Perform all core administrative functions, including user account maintenance, creating advanced reports and dashboards, and building complex automations with Salesforce Flow to solve business challenges. • Collaborate and Deliver: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into effective technical solutions, and manage projects from conception through to testing and deployment. Our Ideal Candidate: Who You Are • Ownership Mindset: You have experience in small, agile companies and enjoy wearing multiple hats. You see what needs to be done and take ownership of it. • Self-Motivated & Accountable: You are a true self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and takes complete ownership of your domain. • Team-Oriented & Collaborative: You are genuinely excited about MedSleuth’s mission. You value teamwork and are committed to the success of the entire team. • Excellent Communicator: You can listen carefully to requirements, articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and explain your design choices thoughtfully. • Prepared & Proactive: You do your homework, reviewing materials in advance of meetings and always thinking one step ahead to anticipate the needs of the team and projects. Required Skills & Qualifications • Salesforce Certified Administrator: Certification is required, along with demonstrated, real-world competency across all exam domains. Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a strong plus. • 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. • Mastery of Deployment Processes: Deep expertise with deployment tools and release management, including Change Sets, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CLI deployments. • Expertise in Experience Cloud: Proven, hands-on experience designing, configuring, and managing Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud sites. • Security & Data Modeling Expert: Extensive experience designing and implementing complex security models and advising on data architecture. • Proficiency with Salesforce Flow for complex process automation. • Experience with Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein is highly desirable. What We’ll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most. Teammates are eligible to begin receiving benefits on the first day of the month following or coinciding with one month of continuous employment. Below are some of our benefit offerings. • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out • Support for you and your family: Family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace®, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave and more • Professional development programs: DaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career and also offers on-demand virtual leadership and development courses through DaVita’s online training platform StarLearning. #LI-SM5 At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
