As a Remote Weekend Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, and we're looking for someone with a strong skillset to join our team. About the Role This is a fully remote position, but we require our candidate to be located near the Buffalo, NY vicinity for initial training purposes. The training will be conducted in-person prior to transitioning to a fully remote role. As a Remote Weekend Dispatcher - Second Shift, you will be responsible for: • Dispatching technicians across multiple states, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks • Communicating effectively with technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates • Answering and directing customer phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service • Updating clients on work status, ensuring transparency and satisfaction • Utilizing MS Office and QuickBooks to manage and update records, reports, and other relevant documents This is a weekend-only role, requiring your availability on both Saturdays and Sundays from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM. You will be working an 8-hour shift, with some on-call responsibilities. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision While not required, having 1 year of dispatching experience is considered a plus.
