Responsibilities • Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their tax situations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and financial concepts. • Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks as needed, ensuring accurate record-keeping. • Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing strategies for attracting new clients • Use our beginner-friendly tax software EXPERIENCE • You DO NOT need prior tax experience. Training, software, and mentorship are provided.
