The role involves analyzing operational healthcare data and developing machine learning models to improve patient outcomes and healthcare management. Responsibilities • Analyze operational healthcare data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Develop and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as risk stratification, patient outcomes prediction, readmission analysis, and population health management. • Apply NLP techniques for processing unstructured medical notes, prescriptions, and patient feedback. • Ensure data quality, compliance, and security in accordance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. • Evaluate and communicate analytical results to non-technical stakeholders with clear visualizations and storytelling. Skills • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field. • 10 years of experience in data science or machine learning. • Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI models. • Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms. • Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Power BI, or Tableau). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and ML Ops tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow). • Solid knowledge of SQL and data querying. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
