They are seeking a hands-on Growth Manager to own and scale their Amazon channel, managing paid ads, optimizing listings, and ensuring Buy Box dominance while collaborating with various teams.Responsibilities Own full Amazon acquisition lifecycle: prospecting, branded campaigns, retargeting, and reviews Maintain 90%+ Buy Box ownership through proactive strategies Manage SKU strategy, catalog management, and new product launches Test emerging ad formats: Sponsored Brand Video, DSP, Posts, CTV Audit and optimize listings, manage Premium A+ content, and run CRO experiments Track ASIN health, monitor keyword ranking, and execute incrementality tests Align with Finance on forecasting and coordinate reseller/MAP enforcement Skills Proven Amazon operator with experience managing $500K+ ad budgets or P&L responsibility Hands-on, high-ownership operator comfortable driving projects end-to-end Strong analytical skills with a bias for testing, optimization, and measurable results Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ops, Finance) Experience in retail, DTC, or marketplace expansion Elite generalists or consulting backgrounds welcome Company OverviewUpRecruit is a marketplace for jobs.
