Job Summary of a call center representative/ Customer support agent: We’re hiring Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support the New York Medicaid CHOICE Project. In this role, you’ll help clients understand their healthcare options, process enrollment forms, and provide exceptional service — all from the comfort of your home. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with paid training and steady hours. Ideal for individuals who are fluent in English and another language such as Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Fuzhou. Pay & Schedule: • $17/hr – Spanish & Haitian Creole • $18/hr – Bengali, Russian, and Asian languages • Schedule: Monday–Friday (8AM–8PM EST) & Saturday (10AM–6PM EST) • Work From Home / BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) What You’ll Do: • Answer inbound calls and assist clients with health plan enrollment or disenrollment. • Educate callers about managed care and available benefits. • Process and review enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness. • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on every call. What We’re Looking For: • Fluent (read, write, and speak) in English and one of the listed languages. • At least 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience. • Strong computer and typing skills. • Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude.
