Job Summary We’re looking for an experienced Registry and Technical Support Manager to lead our client support and implementation teams. If you’ve managed or run a technical help desk and enjoy leading teams that solve complex client issues, this role is for you. Cancer registry knowledge is a strong plus but not required. You’ll oversee Registry Support, Technical Support, and Implementation operations — ensuring issues are prioritized, resolved, and documented efficiently. The right candidate will bring both technical acumen and leadership skill to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Manage and mentor the Registry Support, Technical Support, and Implementation teams. • Oversee daily help desk operations, ensuring prompt resolution and high-quality documentation. • Serve as escalation point for technical and client issues. • Track and improve key metrics (SLA, CSAT, resolution time). • Coordinate implementations, upgrades, and integration projects. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to resolve complex issues and improve processes. Qualifications Required: • 5+ years in technical support, client support, or healthcare IT. • 2+ years leading or managing a technical help desk or support team. • Experience supporting SaaS environments, networking, APIs, or SQL. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred: • Cancer registry experience or Certified ODS credential. • Familiarity with healthcare software systems, HL7/FHIR, and HIPAA compliance.
