Job Overview The Program Manager and Customer Success Specialist will play a crucial role in helping blithequark achieve its mission by working closely with government agencies, local workforce boards, and students. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the enrollment process, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our school. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with government agencies and local workforce boards to promote our school and programs Manage the enrollment process for qualified students, including email and phone communication, and hand-holding them through the application process Assist with writing and submitting government applications, as well as reading and organizing government documents Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Contribute to the management of the school, including occasional odd jobs and special projects as needed Utilize Google Docs, Slides, and Spreadsheets to manage data, track progress, and analyze results Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, students, and other stakeholders Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, and Spreadsheets, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly Excellent email management skills, with the ability to prioritize and respond to messages in a timely manner Strong writing skills, with experience in blog writing and content creation Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation Experience working with government agencies and documents, with the ability to read, organize, and write complex documents Nice to Have Skills and Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be an asset in this role: Experience with WordPress, including content creation and management Knowledge of Google Analytics, including data analysis and interpretation Experience with social media management, including content creation and engagement Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
