Part-Time Executive Assistant – Media & Creative Operations (Remote)
About How Can I? (HCI): How Can I? is a purpose-driven creative agency leveraging project-based learning to empower students through real-world experiences in media, entrepreneurship, and marketing. We collaborate with schools and communities to create impact-focused programs that inspire, educate, and transform. Key Responsibilities & Expectations: • Manage and organize executive schedules, meetings, and communications. • Coordinate creative projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables. • Handle administrative tasks related to media production, creative, and sales initiatives to support leadership • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project workflows. • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies. • Quickly organize, sort, and disseminate digital files across internal team members and external stakeholders. • Craft professional written communication for employer outreach and proposals. • Maintain professionalism and poise in all written and verbal interactions. • Create work orders and modify proposals upon request. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; substantial relevant experience required. • 2-3 Years as Office Assistant and/or Coordinator (preferably in the education and/or media sector) Required Software Skills: • Google Workspace - specifically Gmail, Google Calendar, & Sheets • Project management, CRM, and Communication tools (incl. Asana & WhatsApp) Job Type: Contract Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 22 per week Benefits: • Paid training Work Location: Remote
