Live Support Specialist-Night Shift
We're looking for new team members to join Live Support team on a Night Shift! • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support • Preferably experience in sales and customer relationship management • Strong focus on solving customer problems and familiarity with pre- and post-sales processes • Ability to work remotely (from home) • Competence with a computer and a high-speed internet connection • Ability to work night shifts (5 days a week, 8.5 hours a day) on our 24/7 live support line • Minimum high school diploma (must have completed military service for male candidates) • Excellent written communication and persuasion skills • Motivated to pursue a career in customer support and eager to grow • Open to learning and continuous improvement • Dynamic, determined, and enjoy communication • Strong work ethic • Proficiency in MS Office programs At PrimeBase, we operate in a fully remote environment where everyone works independently as contractors from around the world.
