About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems to improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexibility, with approximately 3-29 hours of work per week, and the opportunity to choose from a variety of shifts that fit your schedule. As a remote position, you will work from the comfort of your home office, utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
- Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting claim details accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- Remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
- Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
- Demonstrating arenaflex's core values, including customer-first, self-motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
- Excellent language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with call center software and technology
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
