Must have skills = VXRT/OpenManage Project Tasks Customer is having resource constraints and needs a backfill to support their VRTX infrastructure Perform firmware / bios updates on all of the VRTX components, Work with Dell Support for initial troubleshooting of VRTX problems. (the standard "remote diagnosis that support requires at the start of a trouble ticket) Day to day operational activities/tasks General troubleshooting/optimization Resident needs to be confident and proactive in providing best practice recommendations to the customer Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment Resident is expected to be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction.
