Position Overview 

The Student Success Coordinator serves as the strategic and operational lead for student engagement, attendance, and success programming across JCA of Ohio, VPA of Ohio, and PCA of Ohio. This role ensures the consistent implementation of high-quality Student Success systems across all three schools, aligning to network expectations while adapting to each school’s unique student population. 

As a member of the administrative leadership team, the coordinator oversees Success Coaches, leads and develops onboarding and engagement programming, and partners closely with school leadership to remove barriers to student achievement. This role requires strong cross-school leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to build systems that drive measurable improvements in attendance, persistence, engagement, and academic outcomes.

This role is critical to ensure that all students across JCA, VPA, and PCA are consistently engaged, supported, and progressing toward academic success. The Student Success Coordinator directly impacts student retention, attendance, and achievement by building strong systems, developing staff capacity, and ensuring every student has a clear path to success.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
