Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Phone Sales Representative to join our team. As a Top Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for speaking with potential sellers, building rapport, and identifying their real estate problems to solve. You will negotiate property pricing, make logical offers to acquire properties, and work closely with our team to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals. Key Responsibilities
- Speak with potential sellers from company-generated leads to build rapport and identify their real estate problems to solve
- Negotiate property pricing and make logical offers to acquire properties
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals and work closely with our team to achieve success
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, respond in a timely manner, and update our CRM daily to stay on task until deals are closed
- Report on KPIs on a weekly basis, including revenue, contracts, quality conversations, talk time, and dials
- Use Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to perform tasks and stay organized
- Collaborate with our team to achieve company goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of phone sales experience
- Persuasive personality and exceptional phone etiquette
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Computer literate and ability to perform and/or willingness to learn Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Driven and self-motivated with a mindset to want more financially
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch tasks with ease

- Real estate experience or knowledge of the real estate industry
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics
- Proven track record of success in sales and meeting or exceeding sales goals

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and bonus opportunities.
