Job Description:
• Senior aerospace program lead with strong technical depth — capable of framing multi-discipline engineering programs that emphasize systems thinking, parametric analysis, and synthesis of cross-domain technical inputs into integrated outcomes.
Systems-Level Capabilities:
• Multi-discipline engineering program framing covering architecture, trade studies, certification strategy, and phase-readiness
• Synthesis of SME inputs across propulsion, electrical, controls, thermal, and certification disciplines into integrated narratives
• Correlation views across program-level dimensions — scope, schedule, cost, risk, technical posture
• Translation of technical analysis into executive-grade decision packages and roadmaps
• Identification of cross-cutting risks and dependencies across discipline boundaries
• Aerospace program management within structured frameworks
• Configuration management in aerospace environments
• Cross-discipline synthesis of technical content
Analytical:
• Quantitative trade-study modeling and parametric sensitivity analysis at program level
• Cost, risk, and schedule analysis with integrated correlation
• Roadmap reasoning mapped to certification gates and program milestones
• Risk framing and prioritization across technical, programmatic, and supplier dimensions
Preferred:
• OEM-customer engagement on engineering services programs
• Architecture-phase program leadership on commercial transport programs
• Synthesis of multi-discipline trade studies into program-level recommendations
